The 10x10 has helped me SO much!
I'm a single mother with a new baby, so finding the time to workout has been a bit of a struggle for me. The 10x10 has motivated me to do 10 minutes EVERY morning. I have noticed myself gaining strength as the weeks go by, especially in my core where I lost a lot of strength during pregnancy.
I'm so grateful for PSA!

Prior to this I would run out of breath just running up the stairs now I feel fitter and healthier than ever! With the added bonus of losing weight. I hardly recognize myself.

Hi, my name is Kelly I joined Positive Shift looking to find my energy! I had moved to working online from my previous career as an early childhood educator. It was a great move, but I felt like my health was not being positively affected. I had always been very active in my day, but I now found myself spending a large amount of day sitting, it was leaving me feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. This was not just having a negative effect on my weight, but my energy levels were so low.
In less than 12 weeks I have dropped over 15 pounds and 2 sizes. Most importantly I gained back my energy 2020 has been full of skating, swimming and hitting the ski hill these were things I had not done with our kids in years! I have not only been able to work out from the comfort home; I have also learnt new goal setting skills and the importance of habit stacking. This is all in part of the incredible trainers and the amazing support of the community. I can not give Positive Shift enough praise, thank you from myself and my family!!!

The PSA came into my life at the perfect time. When I made up my mind to pay attention to my health and fitness. One of their programs (10X10) that I recently finished helped me in so many ways. My productivity and efficiency score at work went from 87% to 118% and my expected efficiency score is 95 %. it's unbelievable!
On a personal level, I feel great even as a pregnant mom to work out daily. 10X10 program taught me the act of consistency. To mention also, finishing the challenge made me go on a personal 30 days challenge to get rid of a habit that does not fit my goals. Honestly, PSA is more than just exercise and meal planning.it's about redefining what a healthy and productive lifestyle should be with a community of like-minded people.
Tim’s advice and guidance, especially on the mental aspects of injury recovery have been invaluable.
I am a world level Powerlifter for my age (72). Recently I had my first serious injury and PSA has been right there assisting me in my recovery. I have had little experience with injuries, so Tim’s advice and guidance, especially on the mental aspects of injury recovery have been invaluable.
I am progressing through recovery and coming back stronger than ever with improved fundamentals in my approach to lifting, thanks PSA!
In 2.5 months Ryan lost 25 pounds and Deby lost 16 pounds!

Hi we joined The Positive Shift Academy at the end of November 2019 and worked with Tim. He provides us with workouts, meal plans and helps us set goals. In the 2.5 months since starting, Ryan has lost 25 lbs and myself 16lbs. We really couldn't have done it without the encouragement and accountability that he and this group give us.

I am so pumped!
This is the first time I have ever consistently completed an exercise regiment. Six weeks of action - easy to follow exercises within a supportive online community to help me reach my goal. This is a big accomplishment for someone like me who deals with chronic widespread muscular pain (fibromyalgia) for 16 years along with osteoporosis, and arthritis in the knees. I am on the way to stronger muscles and better pain management. I feel so good!
Little nudge is all it takes sometimes.
I have been in a serious hiatus from my normal gym life. Oh how I have missed the Bad Ass Andria that once was. BUT... she's back. With much thanks to Alyssa and Tim.
